Fry or McNair?

Just been debating that very same question, and a difficult one to answer. Paddy great again today, didn't put a foot wrong, but there again Fry rarely disappoints. I think I'll leave that decision to Sir Michael as you couldn't squeeze a Rizla paper between the two, it's so tight.

Mcnair was very solid today as he has been the last four times he has started made some important interceptions hopefully keeps his place

Has anyone one said he was marking mcburnie certainly not me

Hope its mcnair don't know what the love in is with fry. never picks a man up on a set piece just watch there goal on Wed standing gorping as usual plus simply not a good enough footballer to play out from back

So as you've admitted Fry had nothing whatsoever to do with marking the player who scored against us, but it was his fault because of his facial expression?
Jesus wept some of our fans...🙄

Although I think McNair is a great player - I do think first half he was one of the weaker players. Was beaten in the air in most challenges and took far too many touches before deciding what to do. That said, second half didn’t put a foot wrong.

I think McNair will keep his place at West Brom. Howson and Forss will be the only two changes, assuming no injuries in training.

Read the question I said he was standing gorping as usual not marking anyone at all I've never mentioned the goal scorer

Lenihan is easily, and I mean easily the best defender at the club. His timing for winning headers is almost perfect every time.

McNair was okay today, he had a couple of slow turns that caught him out in the first half which he was helped out by. It worries me when defenders run at him.
