Fry or McNair?

for Saturday? Its a tricky choice as both are playing well. Fry to me is the better pure defender and best vs a big attacker but his passing is not so hot where as McNair is a much better passer.

Tough one but I think I'd go with McNair. I'd imagine they'll sit in so we will benefit from having somebody who is good at carrying the ball out of defence and playing those balls through the lines.

I don't think McNair deserved to be dropped (though I'd say he was equally as at fault as Steffen for Cardiff's equaliser), and I'd be fine if it was him, but it's got to be Fry.

I'd go Fry. I feel like every time we've played QPR in recent seasons there's some nonsense. Own goals, or players tripping over, or sendings off. Trust Fry more than McNair to hopefully put a stop to that.

I'd say Fry. Although only because he was suprisingly brought back in on Wednesday. I thought it was a bit harsh after 2 clean sheets with Mcnair. Also played well in both.

If Mcnair had played wed then I'd want him to hold onto the shirt. It's a nice 'issue' to have.

Fry also gives us the most physical presence in both boxes. Although that alone winds me up as he simply isn't a goal threat. Mcnair has one in him.

At home when we box teams in , i like mcnair pushing into midfield as he can pick a pass wheras fry is pure defender and tends to lump it.

If QPR play with a high press like they did last time we won't be playing out of defence. Doubt they will do that away though.

I'd go with fry anyway. Thought he was fantastic at sheff utd. I don't think dealing with crosses is steffans strongest area and we've a team of shortarses so I'd prioritise Fry's aerial ability.

Hope its mcnair don't know what the love in is with fry. never picks a man up on a set piece just watch there goal on Wed standing gorping as usual plus simply not a good enough footballer to play out from back

You really hate Fry on a personal level it seems, so your opinion is best ignored.

Oh, and he was marking Berge for the goal.
