Friday night tipple?

Not gone anything in so need a wander to the shop.

Might have to be a couple of ice cold German lagers followed by a couple of IPAs.

A little bit of beer to start at the moment. Just some heineken.

Then some red wine. With tomato and mozzarella filled gnocchi. Served with smoked salmon in a tomato sauce. Topped off with some parmesan cheese.

I am looking forward to what I am cooking tomorrow. A chicken and sun dried tomato paella rice dish. The sun dried tomato is soaked in dry sherry. With onions, peppers, mushroom, garlic and basil in it.

Should not be called a paella as they have special rules here about what goes in a paella.

To be cooked on the BBQ on the terrace tomorrow night.

I've gone early and old school, Stella in the garden with a nice Brewdog mix waiting for me when I venture indoors to have with our roast chicken salad.
