Bought an ipod. Got a Free subscriptions to apple TV. Bought a TV got a free subscription to apple TV. Bought a playstation game from Currys. Got a free subscription to apple TV. For three months. Scratched my arsë. Got a free subscription to apple TV.

Why would anyone bother subscribing? I'm wondering if they make all their money from people forgetting to cancel.

I'm 1 month into a 5 month free subscription for Apple TV. Not watched it once, doesn't seem much of interest on there. Will definitely cancel before the free time is up.

Anyone got any recommendations on it?
 
The ghost of Steve Jobs visited me and gave me a free subscription for life to Apple TV...
 
I got one with my TV. Don't think we watched anything. I did remember to cancel it!

Try Slow Horses, three seasons to date. Superb series about MI5 agents who have failed and been sent to an office to do routine work but find ways to get involved in real action nevertheless. Much more engaging than that mundane summary. Excellent acting, especially Gary Oldman.

Also Blackbird is a good watch too.
 
All of the above are very good.
Tehran also.
Some of the series are niche but just as good, if not better than many Netflix series

Just repeating the above:
Slow Horses is brill as is Ted Lasso. Masters of the Air promises to be great but I haven't started it yet

Also
For All Mankind is good, if you can suspend your disbelief. Big budget, yet a little different
Dickinson - if you're a teenager
Silo & Lessons in Chemistry are certainly worth a watch

So there's a weekend or two for your freebie sub. Or two days with the flu
