If he finds what he wants - there appears to be a huge pool of "talent" which clubs might have retained or taken on board before covid.
The financial belt is tight - but our Neil will pluck a bargain or two out of the "bargain bin"

Sam Byram was decent a couple of years ago and a RB. A proper attacking wingback and a decent free kick.

Then again he's been crocked. The issue with must players without a club in September is that they are perma crocks or sh*t.
