As a team we are better than last year and we are a much better squad in February than we were in Jan. hate seeing us lose but we are gonna wallop some teams if we decide to shoot straight.

let’s enjoy the rest of this season, but next year we are ready from day one.

Imagine going into a game against the top team in the division and having Fry and Tavernier out, not having Mendez Laing fully fit and with with Yannick, Kebano and Dijksteel only just coming back.. Brentford are at the top of their game and will win the championship imo. We'll start picking up points

Ready from day one in the Premier League you mean? Eighteen games, 54 points. All season, Neil Warnock has been saying it is a long season and he likes the challenge of the second half. Must admit, the talking needs to stop and the action needs to start, now.

Had we not got positives from Forest and Norwich it would have equalled Pulis' 6 straight defeats but thankfully it didnt. I dont think a Warnock out campaign would have gained the momentum the Pulis one got, but its 12 points we could have done with and i think as boro fans we expected at least 7 from the 12 and have ended up with zero

Have faith in Neil. The players do and that’s the important part
He is building something in the most difficult of circumstances

Thats clutching at straws Newy. We had chances in the game to get something from the game. Missed opportunities and defensive errors cost us today. Started off ok but when things started going against us just hoofed it. I lost count of the number of times that from our corners free kicks etc we ended up playing the ball back to our keeper from the half way line.
That said Brentford were a very good team but another what might have been game.

They are some big straws though, I get that excuses can’t be made for every single game but for folks saying the season is over after being beat by the best team in the division.. it’s a little crackers. It’s not a good feeling, we need to get players up to speed and bring a bit more quality into the side. We have that. Play the same fixture at the end of the season and you don’t get the same result. Now.. do we have enough time to turn it around? I think we do, we’re only a point away from where I expected to be at this point in the season. Chin up folks, exiting finish to the season coming up!!
