I've never understood the way Di Canio is always rated so highly. He was an interesting character but a mostly average player. If he had James Milner's personality then he'd never get a mention.

Also, is that Duncan Ferguson on the bench? He was a dreadful player. We have had at least 5 strikers that would qualify that are head and shoulders above him (and Le Tissier) .
 
I don’t get this top 6 thing. Half those players won the league.

Well 5 of them did.

Newcastle came 4th under Robson and Albert played in a team that came second.
