The delay combined with the war in Ukraine means people have lost interest and/or don't see it as that important anymore.

In my opinion the plan was always to delay in the hope people lost interest. The war is just an unexpected bonus for him. Hard for the other parties to go all in on him now as he'll claim they're not focussing on bigger issues.

He's a slippery toad with more lives than a cat. Obviously helped by the fact he simply doesn't give a **** and neither do too many of the general public.
 
If he does get a fine he is guilty must be first pm in our history to be charged by police while in power
 
Like a lot of his misdemeanours they only come out after the fact and people can't be bothered with outrage. That and a friendly press let him get away with far more than any other 'leader' would.

Now that we're out of lockdown, people don't see it as a big deal. If it had come out at the time that they were having parties while we were locked down, there would have been uproar.

Or will it be the manadrains on the list to carry the van.
 
Be interesting to see if he is asked in Parliament, if he had received a fine. If he has and he lies then he might go but I doubt even that.

I agree, people will have lost some interest, and his apologists will start claiming "everyone was doing it" or some such nonsense to attempt to water it down.
Then as you say there's the war. There always seems to be the next disctraction that gets him off the hook.
