FB question

I posted a video to Facebook from my camera, over a couple of years ago & can't find it, how do I save it from FB to my own folder on my PC, I've looked but not sure it can be done

I think you can download it in the options where there should be 3 dots in the top right (of the video rather than the main settings), this is usually easier on a phone or tablet rather than a desktop site for some reason
