Every player running down that side got stick from the Chickenrun, no player was spared but had their fave targets they would hammer every home game.

Much of it absolutely cutting and brutal, some funny in a dry way...a few players i can recall turning and laughing back.

The Gazette ran an article on the Chickenrun a few years ago and interviewed a few players. Some feared playing over that side and all said they never experienced a comparable stand at any other club they played for.
