Good morning from an old fat bloke. Currently listening to anything Alexa agrees to, she gets confused with my accent. I asked for Canned Heat and listening to Meat Loaf.

I had a walk down the barrage yesterday , It was bloody freezing but I really enjoyed it . Noticed a sign on one of the office pillars and it recognised a member of the public from Stockton in the early 70s who proposed the barrage and it’s merits .

i try to be really fitness focused and have a jacket , but smother it in butter and cheese which cancels my plan

Just a couple of cherry tomatoes mate, I don't tend to eat a whole lot at dinnertime, don't like being too full before a walk
