Thanks to everyone that has rallied around on twitter etc in support - a lot of work went into this issue and there are some really excellent articles - only costs £2.50 to buy - cannot make it any cheaper because of post cost and paypal charges.
It would be great to sell even a few of them.

No shops sell now - except Liam James Barbers, Eaglescliffe. I didn't get to Good Food Joint as normally go on way to game. They usually only sell 1 copy to be honest.
