Great to hear Fantasy Football is back.. not so great that Frank Skinner isn’t in it (not asred about baddiel tbf)
It was a solid format, with a bit of updating and a lot of effort put into it.. it should work?!?
Before you pass judgement remember that they didn’t go for Josh Widdecombe, Rob Beckett or Paddy Mcguinness. Worse still it could have been Russell Kane or James Corden!!!
Matt Lucas has decent comedy sketch chops, Elis James is the Baddiel to his Skinner.. hopefully something clicks and they find their own style.
Bit of a Top Gear vibe for me at the moment.. but with older more subdued presenters.
