Fans Survey on iFollow and Boro Match Service

There's been a lot of discussion on the topic of streaming games and the quality of the service or nor. The Football Supporters Association (FSA) have launched a survey into the performance of iFollow (and clubs' own streaming platforms). More details here.

To be taken seriously by the EFL the survey needs the biggest possible sample size, which is where you come in.

Please complete the survey if you've viewed at least 1 game this year via either Boro's own platform or ifollow - https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/efl-streaming

The survey will probably run until the end of next week, when feedback will be presented to the EFL. The more responses the better here and will make it harder for the EFL to avoid.

We could do with as many people as possible filling out this quick survey. We need the EFL to understand exactly how we feel about the quality of the service, for better or for worse. It is essential at the moment as the only way we can view games so it is imperative that it is reliable and of sufficient quality. We need to let them know if we are happy with the streaming.

Its not adequate. Its very good except for those two idiot radio commentators.
The Boro must be making a decent sum out of this streaming, even with giving it to ST holders free.
Why they cant spend a few quid employing a proper TV commentator instead of having radio commentators doing it is beyond me.

''The Boro are kicking right to left.''
THEY FUKIN ARE'NT. Any idiot can see they are kicking left to right, unless you're watching on the radio!

The survey loops.

If you say no to watching via iFollow but then yes to watching via one of the listed clubs using their own platform (which is us), it asks you to fill in some questions which I do, and it then takes me back to the 'Do you use one of these listed clubs?' question and starts that section again.

Im guessing this is what @HundredRoom was experiencing as well?

exactly !

Done, but the survey loops as it lists all the teams, then a second time and finally about boro. I answered all as if Boros stream as they were listed in all loops, but survey was poorly put together/not clear.

Even worse for me because my daughter sorts it out, I didn’t realise there was 2 different ways to get the match.

probably missed 20 minutes of the game watching pointless replays, coverage really is awful
