I went to do an assessment at a house in Bolton and Lee Mason, the (in)famous ref answered the door. I didn’t recognise him but he soon made a point of telling me. Showed me a picture in the study of his first premier league game, Boro V Villa, the game where the bloke chucked his season ticket at McLaren!

That's almost enough to trigger mickbrown's Boltonometer.

Florence Welch rode past me on a bike years ago in Camberwell

Not me, but my mate was in a bar in Liverpool couple of years back when the entire Burnley squad walked in on their Xmas party. Ben Mee bought him and his mates a Guinness 👍

David Walliams blagged his way down the front of a pet shop boys concert at the sage Gateshead a few years ago. He stood in front of me, blocked my view of the last half hour, took a load of photos in the process and put said photos on his Twitter the following day.

Stood next to Bob Mortimer in the back room of the star and garter circa 1994

Bob was also stood a few rows in front of me in the holgate end for robbo’s first game vs Burnley

Around the Same time Pete Beale from east Enders walked past me in the Avenue whilst I was waiting for a bus. Think he was appearing at the little theatre that week

Su pollard got off the same train as me once and got into a taxi at Peterborough station

Waited for the same train at Doncaster station as Dennis wise.

Saw kristian guru Murthy outside the royal Albert hall a few years ago.

Steve punt and Hugh Dennis walked past me in soho - when they were famous and just out of the Mary whitehouse experience

paul weller walked past me at kings cross when I was down in London for work. Also saw Simon Callow on the London Underground. Talking to himself and throwing his arms in the air and generally acting like a bit of a divvy.
