FA CUP third round draw on bbc 2 tonight at 7pm

A premier league side at home and a good one at that is not dull.

Stoke home or away would have been dull

One we've played in the last 4 years, and not one with any players that I'd be buzzing to see live, even on the off chance they put out a full strength side.

It wasn't exciting for me when we played Crystal Palace or Bournemouth (albeit away) either.

They're too high in the leagues to be a gimme, too middling in the Premier League to be a stunning upset if we did win.

Only another Championship club would have been less intriguing for me.

I'd have liked something like Wrexham away, personally.

I'll obviously still be going, and hopefully we do win.

If they just draw the balls and state the team it's not a problem. There's no need for a running commentary.
Boils my pish that does
Completely unnecessary and adds no value whatsoever.
Happy to admit that I may have a minority opinion on this though.
no you’re not. If you’re gonna play (and probably lose to) a premier league team at home you want one of the big boys not bloody Brighton.

Doesnt take a genius to work out which games will be televised ...

Man City v Chelsea
Sheff w v Newcastle or
Oxford v Ars or Cardiff v Leeds (looking for a shock)
Liverpool v Wolves
Man Utd v Everton
Only 3 of those 6 will be live I reckon.

We can play highlights of the promotion clinching game beforehand, what’s not to like? Plus even chance of progressing to another Man Utd or Citeh away day #utb

Ours stands a very small chance of being shown live, I would take out the Liverpool game from above and put in the team who they would follow from the 2nd Rd and if they decided to be brave show ours instead of the Man Utd snoozefest.

Carrick wont go "second-string".
He`s a winner.
He wont let the team let him down.
He`s learnt from Alex Ferguson and will get the best out of the team.
Boro win 2-1
