This is totally an issue as cup football on the continent Is seen as at best a side issue and at worse an irrelevance.dare I say foreign managers not appreciating the history and heritage.

Things will change, but the denigration of the cup akin to having a pizza instead of a Sunday dinner is discgraceful. Its the same attitude which elevates clubs above competition - profit above the national game.Well it used to be the pinnacle match at the end of a season now it`s 3/4 games before the end.
Not a 3pm KO either
Just seems like another game now and no razzmatazz of history surrounding the build up.......
FA Cup draw at 12.30 on a Monday, used to listen to it with my dad, he would come home from work for his snap especially.Looking forward to the draw on radio on the monday dinnertime.
