Was more about the middle order drivers, getting a 10 second penalty hurts them much more.

The penalty should be the same for everyone surely? If its a 10 second penalty its a ten second penalty. Or 2 5 seconds one's in this case

I've not said it shouldn't. Just want to see less of them for all drivers, too many minor technical infringements that I would rather see go against the constructors and not the drivers.

Agreed. The amount of penalties given seems completely out of proportion from every other motorsport.

Whilst we are at it, let's make blue flags the same as every other series. Just an advisory that a faster car is coming behind. Not a set in stone instruction to let them pass. The way I see it, if you're fast enough to be a lap ahead of another car, you're damn sure fast enough to overtake him. Why let the stewards force him out of the way.
