Boro faced F.C Basle in the quarter finals & after Boro lose the 1st leg 2-0 we face a tricky task in the home retrurn leg. In the 2nd leg we made the worst possible start, conceding an early goal, so now 3-0 down, we now needed FOUR goals to go through to the semi finals. This sparked an unbelievable comeback a brace from Viduka & JFH brought strike brought Boro level, but WE were still losing on the away goals rule. With time running out, Massimo Maccarone scored the winner to send us jubilant Boro fans in to orbit & the team through to the semi finals, whoever was lucky to be there will live with this forever, a match that we could live to be 100 but would never witness such emotions & comebacks again..........................................................or will we
