I saw something on the internet that Chelsea hadn’t given squad numbers to Ethan Ampadu, Levi Colwill, Billy Gilmour, Kennedy, Ross Barkley and Batshuai.
Levi Colwill, left sided centre back who had a good season on loan at Huddersfield last season could’ve been a good signing, he’s just signed on loan to Brighton though.
Ampadu could be a decent loan for us.
Not sure on Gilmour.
Could Barkley be a Merson esq inspired loan?
No use for Kennedy and Batshuai not realistic.

Played mostly as a defensive midfielder for Venezia. Assume that's where we'd be looking to play him if he signed.

Could be, when he was on loan at Sheffield unite Wilder alluded to the fact that Lampard saw him eventually as a ball winning midfielder
There is that link of course that Wilder has managed him previously
