Thats the spirit. If a return to this cheap, unfashionable garbage is a marker for the rest of our summer signings then we're in for a pretty uninspiring close season. (n)
Fear not, they won't be cheap. If a return to this cheap, unfashionable garbage is a marker for the rest of our summer signings then we're in for a pretty uninspiring close season. (n)

Henry Bolckow, born 8th December 1806, is considered to be one of the founders of modern Middlesbrough. He was a successful industrialist, who founded the Bolckow Vaughan Co. Ltd. ironmaking busiess in partnership with John Vaughan. Later Bolckow became the town's Mayor and Middlesbrough's first Member of Parliament. He died 18th June 1878
I think that’s a great shout. The away design will have been approved before Payero’s injury, and in anticipation of the World Cup and increased interest in national team shirts - Boro badge on Argentina type shirt. Boom!Going back to the video they released which I mentioned earlier, its noticeable that every kit shown is the home ones except for a random snippet of Deane and Ricard in the Argentina blue & white stripes. Are we assuming this will be the design/colours of the new away shirt or am I looking too much into it! :ROFLMAO:
I think so. Some of the plain red kits were soo dull. They gave us absolutey no identity and were generally of really poor quality. Are peoples attachment to Errea due to our most successful period rather than the actual kits? Maybe 4/5 top kits and that’s it, the quality was awful imo.
05-06 home and 06-07 away would doAll the Errea kits. Think 2001/2002 is my favourite.

Every Boro kit made by Errea as reunion is announced

There's a real mix of some good, some okish and some really boring ones, especially early McClaren era and Carling Cup final. Plain red with just a bit of trim looked very "off the shelf".All the Errea kits. Think 2001/2002 is my favourite.

I can honestly say I only liked 4 Errea kits we had.
The green striped one.
The Argentina one.
The all white with purple band.
The blue/black stripe (Boksic era - Errea logo down sleeve)
That shirt Karembeu is wearing was made of horrendous nylon that clicked as soon as you looked at it.
A passion is never patheticThat home shirt was good but the collar was too flappy and the 'errea' and 'Boro' badges too far apart from one another on the chest, so looked odd. Sort out these minor design flaws (and also get rid of the filthy gambling firm off the front) and I'd be reasonably happy.
Looking forward to the launch now, even though I rarely buy them these days. Brings back memories of youth queuing outside Ayresome and the Riverside to be one of the first to get my hands on the kits. Seems quite pathetic now![]()
