England squad do you support Southgate’s stance ?

I agree wholeheartedly but always get pelters when I say this. I keep waiting for him to do something in a game and I'm still waiting.

I actually think he’s a decent enough player but I don’t buy all the hype yet, and I wouldn’t have him anywhere near starting for England yet.

Southgate is right to ban them for a bit.

I've never been one to decry younger players, especially ones who play 'off the cuff' and have a bit of magic in their boots, but I've watched this lad time and time again and he just doesn't do anything. He plays the odd decent pass but he doesn't split defences, doesn't run at defenders, doesn't create space from his movement. It's only my opinion and I expect to get hammered but that's just how I see it.

well I kind of agree. He plays in an intergalactic all star eleven and mostly looks very decent with great players around him, but he has yet to show the kind or promise that super young talents like Owen and Rooney showed at a younger age. I am still on the fence about him but there are some big fans of his on here.
 
Totally agree with Sir Gareths stance. It is temporary I’d guess. However, those lads need to forget their Billy Big Boots opinion of what being a footballer should be about. We are living in unprecedented times, these players earn fortunes and show a huge lack of respect to families up and down the country.
Foden and Greenwood for example not only put Englands players at risk, but also the players at their own clubs and the players of the clubs the squad played for and potentially on top of that, opposition players of their home teams too, given the potential In ubation period for covid to show.

I would make them earn their place back on merit, not just because a ban has been lifted, those selected in their places should keep the squad place if merited. Greenwood is a talent, Foden (I will get pelters for saying this) I am still not yet convinced by him personally.
 
Spot on from Gareth, hopefully the two games they have missed will focus their minds on what they could lose out in if they continue to act recklessly.
 
Feel let down by Southgate, Maguire shouldn't be picked, he' s been convicted of attempted bribery, assaulting a police officer and resisting arrest. Contrary to the unchecked BS in most of our gullible MSM his conviction has not been 'nullified' just because he's appealed
