England generally. OMG

Fair enough. He's productive in a team where he is the major creative hub.

He would play in a different system with England, where would he fit. Or are you suggesting we try and replicate Rodgers' Leicester?
I’m not saying start him I’m saying not having in the squad at all is madness.

Perfect replacement for grealish for one thing

I just don't see it. I think his reputation has grown as he's not being picked.

But we do need some kind of spark. I like Sancho a lot and fancy him ahead of Maddison of the players not picked.

It has been dire for the last five games and if England repeat that against Iran, USA and Wales then he'll deservedly go -but it just seems mad to me that the manager who has done better than every one of his predecessors since Ramsay is being hounded as an incompetent. If it was so easy, why couldn't we do it before?

I’d play Trent, Grealish, Foden every game and Bellingham from day one, because they’re our most special players and I like a maverick.
And yet only one of those is arguably in contention to start if all are fit.

How crazy is that

Gareth has admitted kalvin Phillips and rice are his no 1 pair over Bellingham.

Grief a sign of the times. Just had a conversation with the neighbours over the garden fence. They desperately want to get hold of 6 England v USA women game at Wembley. They want to offload their Eng v Germany mens tickets on Monday and had not takers

Last night was a Boro lookalike. Back 3 shaky at times, Rice didn't stand out as much for being dreadfully average and vastly overrated as usual because the rest of midfield was actually worse! Bellingham seems to have some fans. Difficult to work out why when he's another largely anonymous midfielder. Saka lost at L mid, Reece James was woeful and we think Boro have problems with dead ball kicks. Sterling? Invisible.

No offence and I know it was a dreadful performance but Bellingham’s probably the third best young player in world football. He’s Gerrard with more technique and less tackles and shooting.

If people don’t see Jude Bellingham’s ability at 19, I struggle to understand what they’re doing on a football forum.

This W gland side haven’t scored a goal from open play in a competitive game since last November. And that was against San Marino. It is bleak beyond words watching a team with so much talent effectively play for territory to try and win set pieces.

Southgate’s biggest problem is that he’s not prepared to take risks. People would be so much more patient if he a) played his best players and b) actually had a go at teams.

He should play a 4141 like City with the players we have available and we would blow most teams away.

Pickford

James Stones Tomori Chilwell/Shaw

Rice

Foden Mount Bellingham Sancho

Kane

He is England’s best all round player by an absolute country mile
