..... serious question, are there many examples of business people making a success in running a country/large gov department etc? I was in a conversation about this last week. Maybe a handful, if that?

It is probably a completely different skill and, as said here, Musk paid $44Bn for Twitter (and he tried to back out). The latest valuation I saw for 'X' was $4Bn. Of course, he doesn't give a ****, didn’t the value of his companies increase $20Bn+ after the election?

But, as I say, where are these examples of the business people making a success running countries? It is looks like a very different skill set.
