My young mate who goes to the match with me, needs to get a record of his jabs onto his phone. I'm super dooper thick with technology, so any help will be much appreciated.

You can get it signing into the NHS app, you can create it from there and email it, or add it to the wallet on your phone
If he can't sort the App I think you can get it from the NHS website too.
It helps if he can screen capture it, to save having to try and download it or open it live at the stadium.
