Has someone ITK tell me it's getting done as we speak...

Quite liked his football at Watford.
Passionate, young, hungary, bright, progressive....worth a risk ?

I'm not sure but every time I have listened to him I thought he sounded like a decent chap and knowledgeable.....

He won 3 games out of 9 with a squad far superior to our squad, what did you like about his football? The fact he only won 3 games speaks for itself.

Its another risk - or should I say, a bigger risk than Gibson could take with hughton or carlos corboran (or however you spell it!)

Let’s be honest…it could be anyone off the Managerial Merry Go Round. Sometimes it just clicks…more often than not it doesn’t!
Thats true to an extent...but if he is bright (emotionally) and knows how to find the balance of clicking with the players but not being too friendly (fine balance) and is astute tactically from the start and during the game then 'Sometimes it just clicks' isn't fair.

It's actually about tactical and emotional skill.

Young, progressive manager. Well thought of for his coaching abilities. Knows Scott. Ticks a lot of boxes for me.
Don’t think the Watford fans thought much of his coaching abilities. Maybe wasn’t given enough time but still would prefer someone else.
Bonner at Cambridge, young progressive manager, got Cambridge promoted, turned down Rotherham last week.

Bonner would be a great shout, Cambridge play good football, very organised. Yes please

I don’t know enough about Edwards to comment, other than he was tipped as a high flyer before he went to Watford.

Corboran did a brilliant job at Huddersfield but I can’t see our players being able to play the system he used at Huddersfield.

He must have something about him if Watford scouted him.
(yes I know the Hornets go through coaches like toilet paper).
But having just been in the PL for years and with the Pozzo family behind them they are no mugs.

Yes I agree EFL…but often Managers almost stumble across a formula and group of players that works. They then learn from that and try to replicate it…but it doesn’t take much to derail the whole plan.

Just noticed he is born in Christmas Day.

He did really well at FGR, probably deserved a bit longer at Watford but they don’t give you time.

I’m on the fence with this one, but if it is him, I will certainly get behind him.

Nothing about him inspires me in the least. If he gets the job I hope I have to eat those words.

This is my reservation with Corberan as well - I think he's a very good manager but it was pretty expansive and high energy with Hudds, don't think we can do that.

Actually sounds similar to a manager we've literally just let go!

Looks like he favours 3-4-1-2 as that’s what he played most at FGR and Watford, although does like to switch it to 4-2-3-1 as well.
