Dubravka

According to my other half - Apparently, yes he will. Sounds bizarre, but she reckons that the few games he played for Man U in the competition qualifies him for a winners medal if they beat the barcodes.

Pope suspended, wonder if Dubravka gets introduced before the next home game "In goal, Carabao Cup Medal Winner - Martin Dubravka". Geordie fans should take it well. Reckon? 🙄

if Man Utd win - will he be the only "Newcastle" player in the last 70 years to win something?

Got to say , bit of bad admin by those skunks…

Think this will however allow them to claim a cup win either way
Well they have form in Admin errors. On 29th February 2004 (yes Carling Cup Final day) they drew 1-1 at Portsmouth who had Lua Lua on loan from Newcastle. Newcastle did not put the usual loan clause that they cannot play against the club who owns them. Guess who scored for Portsmouth!

I wonder how he'll feel, sat there in the Newcastle changing room with his winners medal?
So, he walks up the stairs to get his losers medal, then , joins Manure to get his winners medal !
That would be so funny 😂
Then we sign him for a nominal fee because he is barred out of the skunks ground .
If Carlsberg made cup finals .

As much as I like the thought of that, I don’t think he will even get a losers medal? He hasn’t featured for them in the competition. I could be wrong though?

Pivot away from the discussion above and ask ; would he be a good candidate for next season for us ?
Not getting a look in at the skunks and a quality keeper ?
Lives in the area….assuming we head to the PL.
