Is holiday rental not a good option ? You live in s nice part of the world. .You could do change over if close by,and manage bookings if not working elsewhere. With more staycation likely in future I would have thought this might be a good solution ..ps how do yo save that sort of wedge?

Sadly never found out about rental insurance until the trouble started.
Don’t think I’ll see any of that money and it is only going up.
The bailiffs were all set to go in recently - just before Leeds went into Tier 3 and they were stopped from going out

In the UK?

I could understand that in Spain, Italy, Lanzarote or France (massive brexit problem though), but not the UK, I reckon holiday rentals would be a bit grim in winter and then take up all your time in summer, when you want free time?
