Dodgy boxing referee

From what I read this morning there was something very fishy with the Dubois fight last night. The 1st round after Dubois being knocked down 3 times and struggling badly was ended at 2:50, ten seconds early. Then in the 2nd round his opponent seems to not want to finish him. Then the ref calls a Knock out in favour of Dubois for a punch that landed after the bell when he should have been given time to recover. Appears very dodgy and a lot of people kicking off over it in Facebook and Twitter.

Additionally WBA rules who were the sanctioning body state 3 knockdowns in a round = TKO, which was conveniently ignored.

The BBBoC were governing body and dont use the 3 knockdown rule. WBA were the sanctioning body so all their rules dont have to be implemented, they just get the fee for the belt etc

Very strange if everything he said is true, sounds like he wasn't threatened or bribed or anything, he just got told it was an important fight for Pacquiao and decided to bend the rules for him because he's Filipino.
