Music to the ears for some.Heard a whisper he's off to Spurs
If he is, that’s a good move for him and not a bad sale for us to be honest. We’d get a decent fee for him and not need to sell anyone else in Jan to raise money for a promotion push.Heard a whisper he's off to Spurs
I would worry a little about potential replacements. They’d need to hit the ground running in a very established system. If he is, that’s a good move for him and not a bad sale for us to be honest. I’d rather keep him, but he’s replaceable unlike Hackney or Lathe.
So is the illness legit or just an excuse?

It’s probably Sol’s shirt to lose.I would worry a little about potential replacements. They’d need to hit the ground running in a very established system.
I think in terms of style he's ideal for the way we play. That said I've never been overly convinced as a keeper..shot stopper etc
Very poor shot stopping stats, wasn't he 3rd bottom in the division a few weeks backI know what you mean, though his shot stopping is generally okay for me, it’s his positioning that he struggled with, he doesn’t have the knack of narrowing the angle like most top keepers have to make things harder for the attacking player.
Vicario is out for a while now and Fraser Forster doesn't really suit their style.Be surprised if true as back up keeper ? not sure he would be first choice for many Premier teams, but hope he stays good for us
People aren’t machines, they recover at different rates.Well if Dieng had the same bug as Borges, Burgzorg and Azaz, it’s a little funny how the last two recovered to play today despite coming down with it later, but Dieng not even fit enough for the bench. I’m wondering if its disciplinary given his shenanigans last season following an international break where he allegedly took a little sojourn?
I don’t buy the Spurs rumour, I like Dieng, but Sol has done really well to be fair.
