Derby County in a relegation battle ?

I saw that, great to see sheff wed eight points adrift as well. Poor Wycombe sandwiched between the two of them haven’t won a game yet!

I don’t particularly have any beef with Derby as such, but the way they have manipulated the system and been able to get away with it while Wigan have been sacrificed really sticks in my throat.

That’s why I hope they go down without so much as a whimper.
When is the efl appeal against the Derby decision being heard?

I'd like to see Derby and Coventry stay up as well, and I hope Sunderland come up. Playing your rivals is what it's all about, not mocking them.

I think integrity is more important than playing your rivals. I'm not sure Wigan or their supporters would be overly happy about us disregarding the horrendous decisions they were on the receiving end of just so we could play the team who, had their been any justice at all, would have been relegated instead.

I’m sure Sunderland fans in general would like to see us relegated....not.
Its natural.
Thats what its all about.
Who ever said you had to be chummy with local rivals.
Notice I didn’t say ‘derby Rivals’.
The mackems don’t even acknowledge us as a derby game.
Let em Rot. !.
Aye and Newcastle.

Imagine spending that much money and bending/breaking the rules to that extend, and still ending up in this position

What did we pay for the real estate our ground is on again?

That they weren't punished was a decision taken by an Independent disciplinary commission.

They will dismiss Cocu if their form doesn’t pick up and then depending on who they appoint they will recover. Mind you it may we’ll be too late to make the playoffs. .

had some great away days at Derby in the 70s and 80s - Football specials were always eventful ;)

I have been to Derby away a few times too, Baseball Ground and the new place.
The first I recall was probably when Tommy Docherty was their boss.
We were marched down the middle of the street from the coach park, mebbe half a mile like prisoners of war.
Not allowed to go into any bars, chippy or shops.

Baseball ground Pitch was 4inches deep in mud and not a blade of grass on
it.
I think we got beat, a bad day.

Another time, in the 80’s Or 90’s I think when about 2500+ Boro fans Were squeezed into a standing area behind a goal at best fit for about 500.
I have never been so scared in all my life.
I was a big strong bloke trying to keep upright but there were small kids in there who had to be lifted high.

The police just kept ramming people in.
The police were a disgrace
How people were not killed I don’t know
Don’t like Derby me.

I think pulis will be getting a call unless derby remain predictable and allow Rooney the opportunity to take them to the 3rd division.

I can remember the same thing at Everton, their supporters were trying to kick the gates in, crowded 5000 Boro fans into a space designed for 500 utter bedlam.
