Surely this suggests that our chance of snapping up Zahore increases?
We were after him even before Fletcher's injury
 
Scratch that Zahore plan.
Forgot about Wednesday's interest - and Derby too.
Both these clubs seem to keep finding cash available much to Gibbos chagrin.
Zahore is on £50k per week and Wednesday refused to pay half of this.

Still think we might be involved though - he was great when Cardiff got promoted to PL and Neil loves him
 
Don't think sky care unless it's Premier league😒

I guess it will ramp up this afternoon. I would say any one of Bolasie / Gregory / Zahore and a CB would have been a decent window with the 4 we've already brought in👍. It's definitely better than last summers.

I think the CB is gonna be a 'kid' so not sure what to expect. I think Zahore is the most Warnock type and actually we still don't have a 'unit' (he's also pretty mobile)
 
Wouldn’t mind that young french cb arsenal are trying to loan out.

Agree on the prem comment.
I often think sky sports should just be called sky premier league.
Same with talksport, should be talk premier.

Look at some of the jokers on our wage bill.

Still, let's hope we sign someone good - a modern day Uwe Fuchs - fingers crossed!
 
Surprised about Charlton.
For League One they are signing some 'names' (maybe older players but still).
Chris Gunter who we were linked with for quite a while.
Ben Watson (also linked strongly many years ago).
They also got Marcus Maddison who seemed to be fancied by a few teams
Looks like their new owner giving things a go?

Then again - given the horrific squad previous to this new owners suppose they had to do something drastic

We did well (for a change) to get a few quid back from Cardiff
