Bar the first Dijksteel yellow, where I didn't even see a touch, but I can understand how he was conned, I don't think he got much wrong.

Could argue we were lucky he didn't send Clarke off, which I suppose is a mistake.

Yep i did suspect there’d be some controversy with this fella in charge and so it was. Very harsh second yellow on Djiksteele and no way was that a yellow for Jones - we are due a few big slices of good luck sometime soon surely

Why was the second yellow harsh?

Dijksteel mistimed his tackle and stuck his foot in to the ankle of the Leeds player.

Yep i worded that wrongly, it was the first yellow that was most suspect

Jones made no attempt to win the ball, he played the man. Yellow card.

No way the second yellow for Dijksteel was remotely harsh. The first, possibly. Objectively, his worst decision was not sending Clark off. We might not like the laws as they stand at the moment, but that is unambiguously a penalty as they do stand, unambiguously a DOGSO, and there is no double jeopardy attaching either because it’s not a genuine attempt to play the ball, so it’s clearly a red. The rest are arguable.

That’s probably true. Reminded me of that Sunderland player in our game up there. Reckon they both committed yellow card offences but ones that the ref would have let go if they’d been remembered as second yellows and had a bit of an oops moment.
