Darragh Lenihan

At the start of the season he was trying too hard to impress at times and rushing out for balls he would never reach, compounded by the fact we were all over the place with the system. Obviously always a good player there, but he has been superb since Carrick came in. Not the only one tbf.

Special mention to McNair too, he’s definetly staying in the team until he plays himself out of it, he’s been class last few times he’s been in the team.

mentioned this on another thread. What a signing he has been!!!
 
He was getting pelters earlier in the season because of Wilder’s stupid tactics. The same as Fry and Clarke. Lenihan has been class since MC came in, and so many other have improved. I think we’ll see Clarke turn out to be the centre back we all thought he was too.

Did Scott not say that nobody comes to the club without sign off of all parties.

Know likes Akpom and Morsey where here before Scott, but did warnock not declare Akpom his main target then after a few month change his mind and throw him under the bus

I thought Chris Wilder said Keiron Scott signed all the players.. beyond his control and he didn’t get anyone he wanted?

Surely he can’t claim to have signed them now they are going well.. and after he skated our recruitment so badly.

It’s clearly a bit of a mix. Wilder did sign Connolly it’s on record, he wanted him at Sheff Utd. Connolly stated Wilder called him up and asked him to come to us, Forss clearly a club signing. some signings are from the club some are at managements request.
