I recently had problems with wi fi(talk talk)low speeds after about 2 hours on chat where the person has a script in front of them and goes through a set procedure which didn.t help eventually managed to talk to some one (not from this country)with a difficult accent.
He arranged a visit for an engineer but lo and be hold 2 hours later full speed ,checked again in the morning same.went on chat to cancel engineer after about an hour and a half they told me they couldn't cancel and i would be charged if everything was ok.
Half an hour before the appointment the engineer rang i told him i had tried to cancel he said no problem we had a brief chat he's a contracter and said you could cancel same day no problem.
The point being if we could go back to a phone call things would be sorted in minutes not hours.
