But the home game v Hull City, cruising at 2-0 then Johnson gets an early bath & from then on its one way traffic

Johnson stays on his feet, the result stands & we're above Hull on GD, we'll have to put it right on the return fixture

Certainly that was a really daft one by Johnson. I do think we've had more than our share of bad breaks this season though.

(This isn't an example of bad breaks that I'm talking about.... but I thought it ironic that Forest's first goal last night, was only Yates' 2nd goal of the season. His first was when we drew 1-1 at their place)!

Their two goals were all down to an outstanding talent in Jared Bowen too, they're much weaker since then with him and Grosicki being sold.

Must win game.

Hull's Tom Eaves was carried off the other day with damaged ankle ligaments too, his season over, so they've not got many forwards left.

We've got huge games coming up against Charlton, Hull & Reading. That's said, we're playing no one in the top 6 now, so should be looking to get something out of every game.

(Whilst we don't score enough, we haven't lost as many as other teams at the bottom).

Typical Boro moment then hey

Was a bad moment for Marvin but I think if we had played more like we did yesterday with him LB and Coulson LW we might of picked up more points this season, they looked good together and Johnson stood up to the task well defensively aswell. Not afraid to have a pop at his team mates either, he got frustrated with Tav on a couple of occasions for not looking up.

It took me a long time to forgive Johnson after that but I must say that it seemed to do him good because he has been playing easily his best football for us since that incident. I actually think he’s one of our key men now and a few months back I was saying get shot of him.

he’s worth a new deal for me

He has actually gone on record as saying he loves it here

He did lose his head with Tav in the 2nd half mind, which is undestandable, from receiving a knock down from Gesteded Tav hesitated too long, & the chance had gone, they came away with the ball & ended up winning a corner

it’s good to hear he’s happy hopefully he gets a new deal. I didn’t think I would be saying that after the Hull game but I think he deserves it.

and yeah he had a couple of pops at Tav, once in the first half aswell. Don’t blame him, he frustrated me too .

I like it when players show (controlled) passion, it shows they care.
