Crowds at matches

Aberdeen are hoping to have social distanced crowds of around 7000 in September (season ticket holders only). I’ve not heard any projected plans or discussions for English football yet?
 
Personally just can't see it working. Most would adhere to the rules but some would always spoil it.

The Dutch cup final yesterday allowed 725 fans from each side provided they socially distanced.
One group of "ultras" decided rules didn't apply to them and grouped together inside.
Game was delayed and they refused to distance and were then eventually ejected from the ground.

Been watching the Norwegian league, they've been allowing very small crowds and they've mainly stuck to the distancing as far as I've seen, though a small bunch of one side's fans lost it and all ran to the front when they scored.
