Couriers rant

Use DPD, far and away the best of them.
DPD Local fcuked me

Sent a camera I sold on ebay

Dropped at parcel shop, tracking sat there for 10 days didn't move
Dpd said it was lost, parcel shop had no idea. Ebay refunded the buyer then the parcel started moving and got delivered to his address with no photograph, buyer stopped responding then, as he got the money and camera

All I got was a refund for the £8 postage and still no compensation 6 month later

Do you have account with the courier or go though a 3rd party.

All firms have sales reps/account managers who you should been able to contact direct if you have account with them or the 3rd party should do that for you.

Amazon delivery van drove straight into me last year. Pulled out at a junction on Ingleby Barwick. Slip of a lass.
Are you my dad? Whenever he has an encounter of any sort with a female he has to comment on their age and/or size. However irrelevant.

DHL couriers get a decent wage, think about £11:74 PH.

They are two DHL’s. The original who drive the yellow vans and the old UK Mail who DHL bought rebranding them under DHL but are separate from one another. The old UK Mail are self employed drivers.
