Perhaps The Lodger could give us a steer re whether it’s got any chances of being passed
 
I submit loads of stuff to middlesbrough council planning and it is really difficult to get them to pass anything.

Considering the stuff i have had refused i would be appalled if this was approved.
 
Am not sure why the application doesnt think that biodiversity net gain doesnt apply
 
Looks like the might struggle with the ingress and egress.. unless they own land outside of the property adjacent to Pannell Avenue.

nice house.. they should be allowed to do what the want with it unless it interferers with other properties and other rights of access (which it looks like it does) I thought the national plan was to encourage the creation of more houses from commercial property rather than converting residential to commercial?
 
They’re not converting the property. Just the garden / drives. There’ll probs have all the workers living in the spare bedroom!


I wouldn’t be happy if I lived over the road from it like. One minute you’re looking out on a garden hedge, the next minute it’s a car wash 😅

I'm as bald as a coot and recently went to the Turkish barbers in Normanby and had my head shaved, a wet shave and my ears, nose and eyebrows sorted.

It gives you a nice refreshing feeling afterwards. We are going to France next weekend and will pop in before we go.
