Contacting MFC retail

Hi all
I've tried ringing MFC retail yesterday and today to no avail, their phone lines are 'experiencing a large number of calls'. The reason for ringing is due to purchasing 2 adult shirts on Saturday too be told they haven't been delivered but they would have been by 10am, which they weren't. I live in Durham so don't want to make a needless trip to Boro if they still haven't been delivered. Anyone got any advice on how to get through on the phone line which I suspect has been left on the automatic message?

Thanks, I tried the form on Sunday but heard nothing back. I'll try the main switchboard, fingers crossed!
