How the hell is he not in jail? Ordered to pay 250k for r*pe of Nikita Hand by an Irish Court, but they didn't charge him and therefore can't see jail time.

This is a civil case so a criminal court hasn't had the opportunity.

I hate Conor McGregor, narcissist horrible guy, and due to that I think he’s deffo capable of rape due to his massive ego.

I don’t watch his videos It was just the first one to come up when I YouTubed the case, he does say he dosent like mcgregor and has never liked him at the start so was expecting it to not be biased in his defense.
For the record I do think he’s guilty in this case, I just found the story shown in the video is quite a wild one.

And how on earth his wife is still with him baffles me. It wouldn’t surprise me at all if she is domestically abused at home to some degree, and then has to go to court and listen to this stuff, I hope she can get out if she needs too.

Even Nikita Hand states that she doesn't know if McGregor had anything to do with her house being broken into by a masked gang which resulted in her partner being stabbed and windows in the house being smashed but it does make you think.

I don’t like the Geordie bloke but he does cover a lot of the facts brought up in the case and keeps a balanced view. Nobody involved in the case comes out of it looking good. You can see why it was never brought to criminal court. There are just too many issues with her account of what happened and too much evidence to get a conviction.
