It wasn't meant to come across as aggressive, but it is strange that people keep repeating it.

What possible reason could Brighton have had for not wanting him to play in the FA Cup for us?
He wasn't part of their plans and they wouldn't have loaned him out so early if they'd had considerations about recalling him due to injuries.
