Commentary - hypothetical question

When fans are allowed to return to stadiums and sing naughty songs with F* words in them, will we continue to get apologetic remarks from Commentators?
Personally, I can’t see any difference in the players or coaching staff yelling swear words and the fans singing unpleasant worded lyrics!

They apologise for the swearing from the coaching staff and players right now.

Doesn’t matter, sky will play their own crowd noise over the top of any actual atmosphere

I'm wondering if, after using them during Covid, the TV companies will be tempted to keep using added crowd noises to supplement the sound from the stadium.

I believe they have been drowning out sweary chants (such as that one the Leeds fans sing “sky TV is effing ****” ) with their own crowd noise for some time now.

It’ll probably be something to do with avoiding blame with it being on before the watershed. Pretty sure I heard before that they have to apologise if anything ever gets picked up, no matter how many times during a game.
