went online to order some stuff from the club shop for two new arrivals in the family, plus a retro shirt for a relative, order was processed money takemn. a week later i got a email saying the stuff in my order was out of stock.
so thought i would pop down to the club shop and buy some kids stuff rather than order online and find its out of stock a week later.
despite the rails being full of stock was told i could not buy anything other than the new shirt?
you would think in these trying times they would be happy to sell the items in the shop.
strange

the stuff is there in the shop, on the rails, but you cannot buy it. commercial madness

My Dad went today to buy me the new shirt and said the same. Said it was empty of merchandise and just one lady behind the counter who had to go out the back to get the shirt.

It's quite. Poor. They've had months to organise this and the only reason I can think of is.supply chain issues

the stocks there, yes they are some empty shelves. i pointed at the stuff i wanted to buy as the area was taped off but was told i could only buy the new kit

You're probably not allowed to 'touch' the merchandise with Coronavirus and all that
I didnt touch, I pointed, but you are allowed to pick up the merchandise unless every other clothes outlet in the country are breaking the law?
