Christmas Wine

This is the point.

A £6 bottle of wine will be awful. Even a £10 bottle has no revenue for the grower.

That few quid extra makes a big difference to the quality of what goes into the bottle.

Not that I’m a wine buff. But I do pay a bit more for exactly this reason. I saw it on the telly 🤣

That's a decent budget wine and normally about £10, when I buy it online. You get some promo pricing in the supermarkets where a better wine is discounted.

Can I recommend this red from Georgia? It is absolutely delicious.

Wow - looks great.
Thanks

Meant to say - if it’s anything like Albanian wine (and I’m sure it is). It will be a cracker.
Got a case of Albanian on its way to me as we speak.

The Stella Artois 18 pack comes in at a reasonable £14.. that's around 78p a can for premium Belgian lager.

The savings can really be felt when a few cans are supped before a trip to the pub with friends and acquaintances.

Lets not forget value of taking the edge off insufferable b***ds giving it ya ya and air fryer as soon as you walk though the door.

I love a bottle of red wine ,but I think £60 would be wasted on me . I just had a lovely Cote du Rhone from Aldi for £5.20, I would hate to guess how much wine I'm getting after the duty was removed.
