Chris Wilder

Poor poor performance... this is now Wilder's team/tactics... he said big changes are coming after the Preston game!! mmmmm!!

The club are paying the price for terrible recruitment over the years, blame the incompetence of the owner before the manager
Yet people were happy to have ago at Neil Warnocks incoming transfers

Incompetance of the owner, how on earth can you have a pop at Gibson, he's constantly backed every manager we've had, including CW

Because the club has lurched from one disaster to another. The person responsible for all of this is Gibson and we’re once again a complete mess.

Can we please play Paddy at LCB? It’s where he’s been brilliant for a few years.
I'm getting the impression he's playing Bola there to send a message to the recruitment team that he desperately wants us to sign a left-footed CB, but it's backfiring on us. We need McNair back in defence, whether he plays RCB or LCB.

I can't understand why Wilder didn't bring Crooks back in today. Surely he's over the illness now, especially if he's able to travel with the squad.

What do you mean disaster?

We dont have a divine right to win any game, we certainly dont have a divine right to achieve a playoff spot, we're competing against teams who think they too should be automatic playoff spot

A manager will go to the board & ask for money to buy certain players, every manager has been given enough funds, if certain playets dont want to come here thats not down to the club, we're a top 8/9 place Championship club

Nowhere near a disaster at all, maybe the playets hes brought in aernt good enough, time will tell

Haha we’re second from bottom and that’s mainly because Coventry haven’t been able to play at home and you don’t think it’s a disaster. What a laugh.

Other disasters include appointing the village idiot to manage us. Monk was an interesting one who set us back years wasting huge sums. Strachan another who set us back and was a complete disaster. It’s been season after season of absolute rubbish.

Sunderland are 5th. We are 23rd. It has been a disastrous start, that is a fact.

Wilder went straight down the tunnel after th match. Didn't even face the fans. Left the players to it. Bottles gone in my opinion.

He looked to have no idea today on what to do.

CW has done enough in his time for us to deserve backing through what has been a really poor run of form. Not been good enough so far this season but it's far from a lost cause imo.

Hasn't felt quite right since the Burnley speculation but right now I'm struggling to see who else I'd rather have in charge.

Seriously? Just look at our recent transfers over the last 10 years and how much money we’ve lost on poor signings with no sell on value.
Look at the amount of wrong managerial choices he’s made
They are the two main reasons why we have spent the majority of the last 10 years in the championship.

Even now the signings were mainly poor last year, we kept hold of a manager far too long which has left us with yet another full scale rebuild this summer further compounded by over reliance on loan players who need replacing every season. Wilder has been left with an almost impossible task already this summer because of previous failures and it’s not exactly a quick fix either even if we get all of our targets in this window
