Sacked and be facing a sexual assault court appearance.
This is one of the reasons the public is so disillusioned with Parliament/Politics - one rule for MPs, one for the rest of us.
Absolute bollox the sense of entitlement, corruption and arrogance from MPs.

You cannot sack a sitting mp he is elected. The recall gives his constituents am opportunity to sack him.
It should be added to the sex offenders list

I know, but that's their privelage isn't it. An antiquated system not fit for the 21st century.
And what if his constituents are sympathetic dyed in the wool Tories? He'll get away with it with just a slap on the wrist, 8 week suspension.

You can chuck the expenses scandal in as well. To be honest I feel sure that the HMRC wouldn't wear the current parliamentary expenses regime from any ordinary business.

There will be a recall and he will loose his seat though with boundary changes he was not standing at the next election anyway.
