He’s very highly thought of in the game for his coaching according to people inside the game. The u18 posistion probs was never going to lead anywhere unless the manager moves on and then he was to join the new coaching staff or the u23’s manager.
His best bet would be to try and get a assistant managers job or a lower league job.
Also after the money he has earnt in his career the financial gain of being an u18 manager will be non existant.

Just been looking at the U18 squad and we have a player called Amazing Kiasungua.
What an absolutely quality name, if I had to make a name for a professional football player I still don't think I could come up with a name as good as that!
