One is a very decent, genuine fella who despite any faults genuinely cares about those who need help and support. The other is a corrupt charlatan who allows huge levels of death to keep himself in power.

Is it ? I was questioning corruption, BJ is an expert at it. No different to most top politicians, even the beloved Ireland has had a PM sacked for asking bungs off a Builder.

As for preferring Johnson, if so why did I vote Labour? Was it you who said he could not vote for Blair?!

He might have been at the clubs you go to, you should have seen how many people turned up at his talks and rallies, a mix of old and young, all united for a more hopeful future, for the many not the few, no other politician had attracted such crowds consistently in my lifetime, destroyed by the media elite, scared of a true socialist government and people lapped it up.

If the ft article is right, there is no comparable corrupt developed country in the world. Most democracies have constitutional checks and balances. The monarchy and house of lords have no ability to hold a corrupt government to account.
 
I am absolutely convince the left do not want Starmer to win. It has to be a very tight left wing agenda for them.

I keep saying any labour is better than Tories.

What's your opinion on the German poisoning of cars? In my opinion the most disgusting act by a Western Government in my lifetime. And then to threaten those who had the nerve to question it. Trump would have none of it.

To suggest the corruption elsewhere in the likes of Germany is the same as here is fse equivalence. For starters, your example about the German car manufacturers is not the responsibility of the German government. The 150,000 plus deaths to prioritise maintaining power in the UK IS on the heads of our leaders.

I did vote for Blair every time, so you're mixing me up with another poster.

Sorry about the Blair point.

But Germany threatening to close plants and for loans to Be repaid was the government. But you are right Johnson is on a different level.

Lloyd George took £££ for knighthoods, it's always happened.

The vast number of excess deaths from NOx emissions would have happened with the legal limits. The vast, vast majority of deaths are not due to cars at all.
