From 1-10 how do you think he’s done, obviously our current predicament is worrying but I still believe there’s definitely been more positive than negatives. 1.6 points per game is still decent since he took over. Think despite the off the pitch issues he’s the man to take us forward?

All in all a steady 6/10.

9/10 Nov - March, some of the best footy seen at Boro for a long time.

Last 6 months 4-5/10. Been poor, but accept hasn't all been his fault.

Been a manager in a brutal league for less than a year, so decent start to his managerial career. Lot to learn though.
